Ingredients

  • Crescent Roll Dough
  • Chopped Pecans
  • Brown Sugar
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Egg Wash (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your dough by unrolling store-bought dough or rolling out homemade dough into triangles.
  3. Mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the rolls by placing a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and rolling it up tightly.
  5. Apply egg wash if desired, whisking together one egg with a tablespoon of water and brushing over each roll.
  6. Bake the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat dough or substitute brown sugar with maple syrup.
