Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place small piles of shredded cheese onto the parchment paper, spaced apart (about 1 tablespoon each).
  4. Top each cheese pile with a slice of pepperoni, pressing it slightly into the cheese.
