Ingredients
- Pepperoni Slices
- Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- Seasoning (optional: garlic powder, Italian herbs, crushed red pepper)
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place small piles of shredded cheese onto the parchment paper, spaced apart (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Top each cheese pile with a slice of pepperoni, pressing it slightly into the cheese.
- If desired, sprinkle your chosen seasonings over the cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using turkey pepperoni or low-fat cheese. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
