  • Author: Lilie Evans
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

This banana peach smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, and bursting with fresh flavor. Perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, or a light dessert—it comes together in just minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup peaches (fresh or frozen, sliced)

1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)

½ cup yogurt (optional, for creaminess and protein)

12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

½ cup ice cubes (optional, for thickness and chill)

Instructions

Add banana, peaches, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add yogurt and sweetener (if using). Blend again until creamy.

Adjust texture by adding more milk for a thinner smoothie or ice for a thicker one.

Pour into a glass, garnish with fruit slices or granola if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For an extra-thick smoothie, use frozen bananas and peaches.

Make it vegan by using plant-based milk and yogurt, and maple syrup instead of honey.

Add protein powder, nut butter, or chia seeds to make it more filling.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Stir before serving.
