Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can canned sardines in olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese with lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Whip until smooth.
- Gently fold in the sardines, leaving some pieces chunky for texture.
- Add minced garlic and fresh herbs, stirring until well combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
Serve with pita chips, veggie sticks, or on toasted bread. For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
