Instructions
- Clean the Brussels sprouts, trim ends, and shred them.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 8-10 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Add minced garlic in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.
- If desired, add crushed red pepper flakes and toss gently.
