Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and olive oil.
  4. Blend Wet and Dry Ingredients: Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in Cheese and Olives: Gently fold in the cheese, olives, and herbs.
  6. Transfer to Baking Pan: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake: Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
