- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Jalapeños, chopped
- 1/4 cup Bacon Bits
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until 1/4 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, jalapeños, bacon bits, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Spread the filling onto the pastry, cut into strips about 1 inch wide, twist each strip, and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Whisk an egg for the egg wash and brush it on the tops of the twists.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
