- 12 large Strawberries
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate
- ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse and dry the strawberries, removing the stems and hollowing them out.
- Make the Cream Filling: Heat heavy cream and butter in a saucepan, then remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill the Strawberries: Use a piping bag or small spoon to fill each hollowed strawberry with the chocolate cream mixture.
- Chill the Chocolates: Place filled strawberries on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve: Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator, optionally drizzle with melted chocolate, and serve on a plate.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with chopped nuts or serve alongside whipped coconut cream.
