Ingredients

  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate
  • ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse and dry the strawberries, removing the stems and hollowing them out.
  2. Make the Cream Filling: Heat heavy cream and butter in a saucepan, then remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fill the Strawberries: Use a piping bag or small spoon to fill each hollowed strawberry with the chocolate cream mixture.
  4. Chill the Chocolates: Place filled strawberries on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. Serve: Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator, optionally drizzle with melted chocolate, and serve on a plate.
