Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and dust with flour or line with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Gently fold in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
