Description

Delicious stuffed dates filled with cream cheese, almonds, and wrapped in bacon, perfect for a sweet and savory snack.


Ingredients

  • Medjool Dates
  • Cream Cheese
  • Almonds
  • Honey
  • Bacon
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully make a lengthwise slit in each Medjool date and remove the pit.
  2. Fill each slit with cream cheese. Optionally mix in herbs or spices for added flavor.
  3. Insert an almond into the cream cheese filling of each date.
  4. Wrap a half strip of bacon around each stuffed date and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
