Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully make a lengthwise slit in each Medjool date and remove the pit.
- Fill each slit with cream cheese. Optionally mix in herbs or spices for added flavor.
- Insert an almond into the cream cheese filling of each date.
- Wrap a half strip of bacon around each stuffed date and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
