Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Optional: Chopped Nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  3. Stir in the creamy peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the remaining sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt and mix well.
  5. Scoop half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider drizzling melted dark chocolate on top. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
