- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by hulling and slicing them, allowing them to sit for 5-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, then mix in cornstarch and let it sit for another 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the pie crust for 10-15 minutes.
- After cooling the crust slightly, fill it with the strawberry mixture.
- Lower the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pie for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the pie cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
