- 1/2 cup vanilla rum
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water, removing any stems or blemished berries.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, and vanilla rum. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cranberries begin to burst.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the cranberries to a plate lined with parchment paper. Once slightly tacky, sprinkle sugar over them and toss to coat.
