Ingredients
- Dumpling wrappers
- Ground chicken
- Green onions, chopped
- Ginger paste
- Garlic, minced
- Red curry paste
- Coconut milk
- Lime juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped green onions, ginger paste, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Place a dumpling wrapper in your hand, spoon about one tablespoon of the filling into the center, moisten the edges with water, and fold it over to seal tightly.
- In a saucepan, mix red curry paste, coconut milk, and lime juice over medium heat until well combined.
- Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Serve hot drizzled with red curry sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
