Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the graham crackers and combine with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Heat heavy cream until simmering, then mix in white chocolate until melted.
